Programs

One club, every stage

From a five-year-old's first touch to a U18 preparing for post-secondary soccer, the pathway is the same building — different floors.

Young grassroots players dribbling in a ProStars FC session

Born 2017–2019

Grassroots

One session a week, fun first, and no cuts. Players get hundreds of touches per session in small groups, with a technical base — first touch, dribbling under light pressure, balance on the ball — that carries into competitive soccer.

  • One 75-minute session per week
  • Maximum 10 players per coach
  • No selection — every player accepted
  • Season-end festival, not a league table

Born 2009–2016

Competitive

League soccer with a development spine. Teams train two to three times a week with a consistent playing model across every age group, so a player moving up a band recognises the game immediately.

  • 2–3 training sessions plus a fixture each week
  • Written individual development plan twice a season
  • Consistent playing model across all age bands
  • Positional and video work from U13 up
